Claudia's work is best described as therapeutic massage. The goal is to relax and re-balance the body for optimal functioning. Sessions are created for each client based on their needs and goals.

Modalities that are offered are swedish massage, deep tissue, medical massage, myofascial work, trigger point, sports massage and acupressure. Each session will usually be a combination of techniques, unless otherwise requested. Pre and post-natal massage is also available.

The office in Chelsea is easily accessible by the R and W trains, the 6 train; the F train, 1 train , C and E trains as well as the Path. Many bus routes are also available, culminating in the M23 Select bus.

 Sessions may vary in length depending upon preference and/or availability and will be pro-rated accordingly.

Payment is accepted in Cash, by Check and with all major Credit/Debit cards.
